Resolve every issue before the customer notices.

Support today is reactive, expensive, and dehumanizing. Teams scale headcount linearly with revenue while CSAT slides backwards. We believe a different shape is possible: a platform that watches your product, anticipates friction, and quietly fixes things — leaving humans to handle the small number of issues where judgment matters.

That is not a chatbot. That is a system of record + system of action with proprietary data flywheels, deep workflow lock-in, and the operational discipline of a real enterprise product. That's what we are building.

In an era of commodity models, design and engineering taste are the only durable advantages left. We sweat the kerning.

If a customer waits more than a day for an answer, something is wrong with how we operate, not how they ask.
