Information we collect
Account information (name, email, company), telemetry from the Service (usage, errors), and content you choose to provide or connect via integrations.
How we use it
To provide and improve the Service, to operate billing, to honor support requests, and to comply with legal obligations. Customer content is processed only to deliver the Service.
AI & model training
Customer content is not used to train foundation models. Optional tenant-private fine-tunes use your data, stay in your tenant, and are deleted on termination.
Sharing
We share data only with subprocessors necessary to operate the Service. The current list lives at the trust center.
Retention
Account data is retained for the life of your account plus 90 days. Audit logs are retained per your plan and exportable at any time.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your personal data. For data subject requests, email privacy@quellra.com.
International transfers
EU and UK customers may select EU data residency. Where transfers occur, they are governed by the EU SCCs and UK IDTA.
Children
Quellra is not directed to individuals under 18.
