Terms of Service

  • You own your data. We process it on your behalf.
  • We don't train foundation models on your content.
  • You're responsible for the actions you authorize Quellra to take.
  • We provide a 99.95% uptime SLA on Growth+, with credits for misses.
  • Either party can exit with notice. Your data exports stay free for 90 days after.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Quellra platform ("Service") provided by Quellra, Inc. ("Quellra", "we"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Service

Quellra provides an AI customer support platform including agentic workflows, integrations, observability, and an API. We may update the Service over time; breaking changes are versioned.

3. Your data

You retain all rights, title, and interest in customer data. We process it solely to provide the Service, subject to our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and AI Use Policy. We do not use your data to train foundation models.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Quellra for illegal activity, to violate the rights of others, to attempt to reverse-engineer our models, or to interfere with the integrity of the Service.

5. Fees & billing

Plans and pricing are described at quellra.com/pricing. Annual contracts renew automatically unless either party gives 30 days' written notice.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days to cure. On termination, you may export your data via the API for 90 days at no cost.

7. Warranties & disclaimers

We warrant we will provide the Service materially as described. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS".

8. Limitation of liability

Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior twelve months. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes are resolved in the federal courts of the Northern District of California.
