What counts as a resolution?
+A resolution is an issue closed end-to-end with no human intervention. If Quellra escalates to a human, it does not consume a resolution credit. We bill on outcomes, not attempts.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
+Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Is there a free trial?
+14 days, no credit card. Includes 200 resolutions on the Starter feature set.
How do you handle procurement?
